Your legal counsel for HOA and Land Use Law
MEET ANNA TRENTADUE
I am a dedicated and experienced attorney with over 20 years of expertise in the fast-paced world of western land use, development, and natural resources law.
Throughout my career, I have been at the forefront of western conservation efforts leveraging my legal skills, and creatively using the law to preserve open spaces and wild places.
Experience has taught me that responsible use of our precious natural resources and lands always starts with the regulatory and land use planning process, where the devil is often in the details.
I can effectively shepherd projects through the regulatory process, and I have worked with over 70 Idaho Home Owner Associations.

We have almost two decades of experience in the local permit approvals and development entitlement process. We can help shepherd your project to the finish line and likewise advise you on how to shape your project to be approved with less friction. Our office believes in transparency and giving clients direct feedback on their development project's strengths and weaknesses vis a vis the approval criteria.
